I’ve been living and working in Milan since 1983, since 1985 I’ve been a journalist. I’m an Italian citizen, with Tuscan blood in my veins and a roaming spirit. I’m always ready to move, with or without a suitcase. Similarly, I’m always willing to fall in love with books, people, stories, places, projects.
Every day I’m a mother, daughter, sister, ex-wife, companion, friend and loving point of reference for my dog.
I love freedom, respect, proper education, to say “I was wrong” and apologize.
I love encounters, the exchange of opinions, sharing, giving, receiving.
I love travelling, browsing, taking pictures, listening, discovering, writing, reading, cooking, cycling in Milan and wherever is possible.
I love music, silences, details. I love nature, especially the sea and sailboats.
I love fulfilling my dreams and I know I am lucky: several times I have risen from my ashes thanks to my will and determination to turn a dream into reality.
With “East and West: a comparison” I have won the “5° Concorso Internazionale di Arti Visive Em’Arte 2008”, painting section.
As the Mahatma Gandhi used to say: «Happiness and peace of heart spring from the awareness we are doing what is right and proper, not what the others say we must do». |
